VVSB is a venture capital management corporation headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia licensed by and registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia. Since its incorporation and inception in 2019, VVSB has invested and consulted more than over 26 private companies in relation to their business operations and expansions in Malaysia and Singapore. VVSB partnered with entrepreneurs and investors in order to provide the companies their required investment funds for their start-ups and capital growth. We are consistently on the look-out for high growth potential startups in Southeast Asia.
Our founder, Jerry has more than 7 years of working experiences in various corporate companies since 2012. He started his career by first joining as an intern in the CFA Society Malaysia which involved fundraising and operation activities. With his vast experiences, Jerry and his partners founded SWAPIT Tech Pte Ltd where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Together with the effort from the whole team, SWAPIT was sold in 2019.
